Throughout my massage career I have focused on helping people to feel comfortable in their bodies. I try to understanding the body from the perspective posture, weakness, lack of normal movement, lack of circulation, trigger points and nerve entrapment. When working with clients I use many different soft tissue techniques (gentle deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, myofascial release, compression, stretching, pin and stretch, etc.) to achieve pain relief and improved movement.
