Lynne has a deep desire and passion to help alleviate the pain she sees in so many. She feels she was led into a career in massage therapy to bring holistic healing to the body, soul and sprit of others.
Throughout her massage career, Lynne has learned that no two sessions are alike. Everyone has their own set of life experiences and a unique relationship to their body which deeply affects their personal massage style preferences and needs. This understanding has enabled Lynne to utilize her training and extensive life experiences to tailor each massage session to the needs of her clients.
She loves to provide a treatment oriented, safe, healing and nurturing bodywork session, blending many different modalities, including (but not limited to) trigger point therapy, myofascial release , deep tissue massage, various stretching modalities, and Swedish massage.
Lynne graduated from The Louisville School of Massage in 2000, obtaining certification through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork shortly thereafter. She has completed many additional hours in continuing education and has worked closely with a chiropractor for 13 years. In the summer of 2013, Lynne began working in the New Day Myopain Center.
If not spending time with her family and friends, you will find Lynne enjoying gardening, photography, hiking, her new found passion for crocheting, involvement with humanitarian outreaches, and continuing to learn.
